The service was excellent, and while the food was enjoyable, it didn't quite reach the high standards I've come to expect. Then we decided to order dessert. I opted for the strawberry shortcake, but it was a complete disappointment! The biscuit was hard instead of having the tender texture of traditional shortcake. It wouldn't break apart or absorb the small amount of sauce that was served with it. My wife even sampled it to see if I was being too critical, and she agreed that it was not a good dessert. It lacked sweetness and flavor.

Waitress was really annoying us by keepComing every 2 mins and asking us anything else to order and dessert was served even before our main course.2. We celebrated our wedding anniversary today and usually most of the restaurants will give a compliment dessert for a birthday or spl occasion. I would recommend if you follow that. Just a small perk will make them feel good.
My husband and I had a reservation at this restaurant, and our check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived half an hour early and were told they would text us once our table was ready. However, it seemed that everyone who arrived after us was being seated before we were, despite them having my phone number on file. Our server was friendly and attentive, but the hostess area could use some improvement. Overall, we were quite frustrated with how things were managed. I would rate our experience a 5.5 out of 10.
I haven't eaten at a Cheesecake Factory in years so I don't know what all the date night rah-rah was about but it was a great experience for us. The Oak Brook, IL Cheesecake Factory continues to provide a good dining experience for friends, family and co-workers. I have been dining in or ordering take-out for several years, and the restaurant seems to demonstrate consistent quality in both food and in service.
May 19, dinner. My waitress was christen, or Kristen. Very honest and pleasant. She was amazing. The pasta was good. The tiramisu, 0 out of 10. No mascarpone, and it was literally vanilla cake. Dry and tasteless.
I love The Cheesecake Factory. Their food is always delicious and the portion sizes are pretty decent. I absolutely love their whole grain bread and if I as for extra bread I usually get it at no extra charge.

Nice skinny menu! We had shrimp pasta, chopped salad and grilled chicken and avocado club sandwich on sourdough. All were delicious
