Very trendy restaurant with a good selection. Cons: both my Steak Benedict and my wife?s steak and eggs were well done despite asking for medium. Super tough, dry, flavorless meat. With this steak going on eggs Benedict I?d recommend they marinade it in some thousand island for a bit before tossing in the pan. the Hollandaise sauce was totally bland. I don?t know if they did it from a packet or what, but it definitely needed some more lemon and vinegar to give it tang and zest. the hash browns were undercooked and the consistency of rice pudding with a burnt layer on top. A funny hotspot in Manhattan, KS. The vegan options throughout Kansas were few so hopefully we can add more of what we know here. Delicious homemade potatoes cooked in the oil with Chipotle rub. Very busy on a Saturday morning. Staff very friendly and eager to help, let me know what they offer, that is vegan.

Food is overpriced..not many vegan options besides a potato dish and avocado on toast. Could be much better given the fact how busy they always seem to be. You better make your own breakfast at home; it becomes healthier and cheaper.

The options are incredibly limited, basically potatoes and veg in a pack, but it is very tasty and the ambience is great. Would like to see more options in the future.

Don't say this a lot, but i love these gravy brisket. Great flavor and texture. The breakfast was really good....
