Perfect size, maybe a little big for us but probably suit other people who eat more.Salad more than just lettuce, good dressingChips nice. Crispy, seasoned. A good amount.Staff super lovely! Offered to let us taste test drinks. Food came out so fast!Drinks need more sour beers, only had pickle flavour. Mulled wine very good!!!Sauce mushroom, yum! But we did ask for it on the side and it came on the steak. Lucky the sauce was good.Burger too tall to eat everything in one bite. Overall very good. Could’ve had more cheese, meat felt a little cheap. But good, enjoyed!

The presentation of the dish was impressive, with vibrant and shiny vegetables and potatoes that tasted as good as they looked. But the star of the show was the steak. My companion and I both ordered our steaks medium-rare, a safe choice when trying out a new steak at a non-steakhouse. To our delight, the steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare, and the scotch fillet was tender and consistent. I am already looking forward to coming back to enjoy this high-quality $15 steak with friends. After letting the experience settle, I reached out to the chef for a rating out of five - receiving a four from a chef means that this is not your average cheap pub steak, but a true gem.

This restaurant has the potential to be fantastic. There aren't many pubs in this area, but with a little more attention to detail (using higher quality ingredients, balancing flavors better), this place could thrive. I had the fish and chips for lunch today, and while it looked appetizing, the fish could have been fresher and the chips could have been cooked a bit longer. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes, and the service was friendly.

the cherry tree is a pub that could harass her when they went through the streets. this urban oasis of an irrigation hole offers a great selection of beating, ales, ipa to name a few. eating is very good quality and great and perfect for bar food or sitting a right one, as their steaks are not something to miss. low lighting, great decor and incredible music make this a great pub, but are only darkened by amazing friendly staff. Nice place to go for lunch and a drink before the football. Away from the throng of crowds.. but still close to the ground and just 10 Min walk from Richmond station. I had beef brisket burger. Others had Parma and pork schnitzel. All happy with food.

Went for the Wednesday steak night and at $18 I was dubious. Ended up being the best steak I’ve had in a very long time. Cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce was perfect. Potatoes yum and the rocket salad was tasty. Good wok!!

This is a fantastic spot to unwind with a beer and some chips, pizza, or a Parma! Everything is delicious and the staff is laid back. I always have a great time relaxing at Cherry Tree, whether it's during the day or at night.
