This was my first visit to the restaurant, and it was a disappointing experience. First, the wait time was excessively long. I ordered something that should have been simple—chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. The menu listed it at $12.50, and after tax, it came to over $14. You’d expect the quality of the food to match the price, but unfortunately, it did not. The chicken was overcooked with burnt breading that was almost rock hard, and the fries were soggy and lacked flavor aside from the sweet potato taste, heavily drenched in oil. what I ended up getting as Lemonade is a bottle of country time lemonade. Less than 1% real juice in it, full of junk like high fructose corn syrup. This is what I ended up paying 4$ for? Theres no description in their menu it straight up says lemonade , so you would assume theyre at least making it themselves but no, theyre re-selling drinks at a marked up price it seems because this bottle of country time lemonade is sold for no more than $2 everywhere else. 4$ isnt cheap either, and this what confuses me; the Chicken Noodle was pretty much perfect all around when it came to value and satisfaction. So why is this place messing up with their beverages?

This restaurant is a great option for a quick meal when you're not in the mood to cook. The charbroiled chicken has a nice flavor, although it can be a bit on the dry side, so you'll want to use the BBQ sauce to add some moisture. I appreciate the variety of side dishes available, and with the half chicken combo, you also get a small salad and pirate bread, making it quite filling. I usually stop by once a month when I'm in the area for my doctor's appointment.

The half chicken was delicious, but the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese lacked flavor. The chicken fingers (4 pieces) were tasty and had a delightful breading. The pecan pie was good and offered a nice portion size. The rice pudding was also flavorful and came in a generous serving.

I know it's called the Chicken Shack, but I ended up having a burger, and it was fantastic! This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the service was great with very friendly staff. I would definitely come back. Give it a shot; I think you'll be happy with your choice!

Pretty decent broiled chicken. Much better than the chicken place across the street. Not a bad deal for half a chicken at $8.50. Fresh and didn?t make me feel bad. That?s already better than 90% of the chicken out there. The broiled chicken is about a 3.9 out of 5.

The food here is delicious and fresh. The service is superb and very accommodating. I highly recommend the lamb gyro and BBQ ribs. The salad dressing is fantastic. I'm glad they offer delivery service, and I will definitely be coming back.

Just picked up chicken tenders. Actually the worst chicken tenders ive ever had. all breading no chicken. 0 chicken. Not sure how it?s possible but it has been achieved now.

The fire-cooked chicken has a distinct and delicious flavor. While the sides could use some improvement, the grilled and roasted chicken is certainly tasty.

Very worth it! Tasty and very fresh, we ordered Lamb Gyro Platter Chicken Souvlaki Platter....Delicious!!
