"Extremely good service. Food was prepared very fast. Chicken and fries were great. Staff was outstandingly friendly. My only negative is that I chose the garlic butter sauce and it was a bit salty. Two thumbs up to these guys"

Original review: I?m a firm believer in stopping phone conversations when eating out/ ordering due to the high chance of something being miscommunicated or missed. I stopped my phone conversation after coming in and stood and waited while the cashier and someone dressed in plain street clothes came from behind the counter and talked. Yes I literally just stood there, until I said I?m ready to order! Ordered the buffalo fries without ranch. I received fries soaking wet in hot sauce and little to no cheese. Disappointed at best. Response from owner: Hi Dreshia! I?m sorry you had a bad experience! I was there in street clothes as I am the owner and popped in quickly to train the cashier as we put in a new register system today. We saw you walk in and you were on the phone so I finished what I was saying the cashier within 30 seconds and walked away when you said you were ready. I didn?t realize you were off the phone as it was between your shoulder and your ear I do apologize for that. Our buffalo fries typically come with ranch and a sauce of your choosing so without the ranch sometimes the sauce can seem overwhelming. I do hope you give us another try as there shouldn?t be any training going on and you?ll have the cashier?s undivided attention. If you decide to omit the ranch, feel free to add a custom note to the order to be light on the sauce as we do try to make sure everything is coated with sauce. And even if I was on the phone, which I stopped my conversation, standing in front of two people talking while I wait to order is not the ideal customer service. I stopped my conversation to receive a service, and apparently the owner didn?t think highly enough of my patronage. I won?t be back.
they apologise my flab, but what a deaf this place has become. Last time I was here maybe a month ago or two years ago the Soda machine was working. I was only told after I paid. the girl said I can give them extra fries. no big thing. this time I come in and the 2 young boys just sit on the grills and again the soda machine has only 4 of the 8 possibilities work and the ice tea machine is complete. I'm mistaken I'm not paying attention this time. I go to use the toilet room after I have ordered and paid, and only one of them is available. the other was out of order. in the inner of the available it was disgusting. the toilet seat was broken, the water didn't work, no paper towels and that was after I had already put in my hand. I wish I had gone to the bathroom first so I could go out right away. think of a toilet room that was not cleaned in months and times that around 3. that was the very unpleasant smell in the toilet. a dame that came after me must have tried to order 3-4 dinge from the menu. every time the guy behind the cash repeatedly said sad, we're out. eating was also very disappointing. I really hope I won't get sick! How is this place still in business?
Some of the chickens were ordered with the Bbq sauce and these were very good. Good taste and delicate. But most of the chickens we got here were dry, so we could add any sauce we chose. But these lice were hard and hard to chew. We liked the taste only hope for further delicate pieces next time along with more attentive buyer who did not read my order and got wrong. I didn't want a 2two piece of meal a #2 with five pieces. There is a big difference!
extremely slow and unprofessional service. we have been going to the stage for years on sunset and we decided to try out valle verde. this is our second time there and both experiences are terrible. if you are going to chicken chop they go to the one of sunset or boulder city where they take care of their customers.
