Original review: I?m a firm believer in stopping phone conversations when eating out/ ordering due to the high chance of something being miscommunicated or missed. I stopped my phone conversation after coming in and stood and waited while the cashier and someone dressed in plain street clothes came from behind the counter and talked. Yes I literally just stood there, until I said I?m ready to order! Ordered the buffalo fries without ranch. I received fries soaking wet in hot sauce and little to no cheese. Disappointed at best. Response from owner: Hi Dreshia! I?m sorry you had a bad experience! I was there in street clothes as I am the owner and popped in quickly to train the cashier as we put in a new register system today. We saw you walk in and you were on the phone so I finished what I was saying the cashier within 30 seconds and walked away when you said you were ready. I didn?t realize you were off the phone as it was between your shoulder and your ear I do apologize for that. Our buffalo fries typically come with ranch and a sauce of your choosing so without the ranch sometimes the sauce can seem overwhelming. I do hope you give us another try as there shouldn?t be any training going on and you?ll have the cashier?s undivided attention. If you decide to omit the ranch, feel free to add a custom note to the order to be light on the sauce as we do try to make sure everything is coated with sauce. Take care, Khloe Response: Khloe, I think you missed the point that I was not acknowledged, a simple ?we will be right with you? would have sufficed. And even if I was on the phone, which I stopped my conversation, standing in front of two people talking while I wait to order is not the ideal customer service. I stopped my conversation to receive a service, and apparently the owner didn?t think highly enough of my patronage. I won?t be back.
