Where to start with what can only be described as one of the worst experiences in food service I’ve had !!! The new concept of ordering on an app is flawed in many ways , as a table of we had to use to order our food as you can only order items per phone so one phone ordered portions and the phone ordered portions and the portions arrived in minutes and the rest some mins later , no one in the kitchen noticed orders from the same table and sent them together. Wow!!! What an incredibly delicious restaurant buffet. I absolutely love the personalized ordering system. I traveled all the way from Manchester with my daughter and I can honestly say that out of all the buffets in Manchester, Huddersfields is the best. The food is cooked fresh and the flavors are amazing. The portion sizes are great because you can order as much as you like without wasting food. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves flavorful food. The staff and manager are fantastic and very welcoming. Thank you for the great service.
My family and I recently visited the Chinese buffet for a meal and were impressed by the new layout. They have implemented table service where you can order food through an app and receive it in less than 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff was polite and friendly. The director of the buffet was particularly pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to others. We will definitely be returning soon.
Me and my sister came to the restaurant at the hours of as we arrived one of the staff members rudely said we wasn’t taking any more orders. Later on that night we had booked a table and came back at the hours to be informed by the same staff member quiet rudely that there was no food in the restaurant. The costumer service was absolutely appalling and no way should a costumer coming into the restaurant should get spoken to like that! Would not recommend

very cheap, friendly staff. beautiful atmosphere, pop cover music in background. records were quickly deleted. the buffet is a case of quality over quantity when it is available for eating. desserts what they expect from a Chinese buffet, but the waffles were quite good! because it is on the parking lot, it is difficult to visit but after 18 o'clock, on street parking in the center is free after 18 o'clock on certain roads.
I was met by a cheerful, helpful Callum who explained how the orders at the table work- I’m not great with Apps and he was very patient. Debbie was on hand when I made a mistake. All during lunch staff were attentive and helpful. The...food was excellent but the service really made this a lovely lunch for my friend and me. Thank you
Using your phone to order your food in the app is rubbish. Takes at least mins for food to arrive. Its not the same as walking around and getting your own food. Sometimes the food you ordered didn't even arrive. Soft drinks over for a glass of water. Got a text from them saying eat for It cost of us Will not be going back
I visited the restaurant with my partner on Sunday at 19 o'clock! the food was great and very tasty and it was checked all the time! the service was excellent and staff very friendly and attentive and helpful! we will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends!

I went yesterday with my enkelin, the rod could have been more helpful /polite. the only thing that was missing was ice, but it did, no matter, we had ingwer sponge and custard beautiful, we will go again sinead mary when they re uni.
This restaurant is always a great dining spot. I used to go to Halifax until it closed down. Now I travel from Leeds to Huddersfield just to eat here.
