The Chocolate Factory

I have always thought their food and ice cream were very good. The service is good. They do get extremely busy in the summer months because the beach is just across the street. Lots of teenagers and family go there for lunch. The Chocolate Factory is always a destination expected whenever I have children visiting. It is one of the many gems located in downtown Pewaukee. Parking: It is busy seasonally. Driving by the beach to the lot can be a little challenging since the street is narrow there. I would rather park in back. Enter near the coffee shop. Only came in for ice cream but it was really good. Service was very friendly and they had the flavors marked with what was gluten-free. Also offered to get a clean scoop which is very important to anyone worth severe allergies. Thank you! Dietary restrictions: Clear labels for items with specific contents that people could be allergic to. Parking: Downtown Pewaukee across from the lake is always crowded, but there is also parking in back.

As someone who grew up in this town and still does, this is the #1 place to go to. I had some today, aswell. Got the monthly shake: it was amazing. Only problem today is i might of accidentaly been given the wrong sub. It’s still a very good place and this is the only time i’ve gotten one wrong order

I can't rate the food yet. It's now 50 minutes after I ordered on line. I have watched them fill orders for people who arrived a half hour after I ordered. I can't understand why orders aren't filled in the same order they're received. Reserva una mesa ahora

Horrible customer service, staff was horribly rude. Obnoxiously telling me I was being impatient after waiting 20 minutes with little to no line. Marcus and Lola are the one people who actually tried to make the experience better.

I live quite close, so my family occasionally gets some ice cream for my brother. They have many great options for the ice cream, and they also sell other options, such as sandwiches, subs, chips, and so much more.

Friendly staff, very clean and great view of the beach! They always have new flavors of ice cream for me to try and many unique offerings. Small local business at its finest!
