The sun is shining and having not long moved into near by area, I stopped to have a bottle of wine in the sun. At first 4 people behind the bar looked manic and disorganised for a very empty pub. I waited whilst a bald gentleman who was in the middle of a conversation with 2 patrons to at the least acknowledge me, he never did.Even though he saw me walk in. 2 younger female bar members ignored also. I guess taking a leaf from the male. After one of the female bar staff was flustered about the Pepsi foaming up as another staff member of staff advised they had just changed it. We took my husband's Mum our son for a Sunday roast and we're not disappointed. We had reserved a table were welcomed by genuine friendly staff. Drinks great. Delicious fresh food. Excellent quality. Perfect portions. Excellent choice. Amazing desserts. Great value for money. We will definitely visit again. The only negative was a family of five that arrived before our desserts arrived with children playing Thier devices too high adults in turn talking loudly over the children. We asked could we move which was dealt with smoothly. Thank you City Arms

Had some superb food for Sunday lunch at the City Arms in Long Ditton, Surbiton, Surrey. We had four roast dinners and four deserts. The roasts come in standard size and an option of a smaller adult portion, which is very sensible. Traditional, well cooked, and pretty generous all for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit. Attentive service and polite staff, highly recommended.

A pleasure visiting the City Arms. We could not fault anything here as the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The menus are good pub food ncluding snacks and main courses eg sausages, scampi, curry. Restaurant prices are reasonable and portion size good. Drinks prices are normal for a pub n this area but not extortionate. We will be going back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great experience! Lovely food, nice music, cozy and warm and the staff is the best part of it all! I received a warm welcome, great service with genuine kindness. So lucky places like this still exist! What a gem

Booked a table for 5 people turned up and table was not available. Bar staff did not care and said somebody was there and nothing they can do. Rude and would not waste your time. Please be careful if you book

Great quality meat roast dinners that come with fresh vegetables which were cooked perfectly! Staff are attentive and very friendly. We had a lovely Sunday roast and will be back for more. Highly recommend

Popped in for a pint and something to eat. I couldn't fault the real ale and decided on the cod and chips which was freshly cooked and tasted great. Staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora
