This used to be one of our favourite local restaurants, so we booked to celebrate a wedding anniversary on Saturday 15th June, not knowing that it was under new management. We were not staying in the hotel. We ignored early warning signs (waiter with his...shirt hanging out, tapenade with a tiny amount of bread to spread it on which was then whisked away) and ordered three Menus €45.00 each, expecting a gourmet experience. The starter of goat's cheese with vegetables came on a base of puff pastry that tasted like it was straight from the supermarket dry and unimaginative. We had heard that the original owners were back in the residence and the food was once again excellent, so decided to visit and see if it was the case. We were welcomed and quickly shown to a table overlooking the swimming pool. Service...was efficient and friendly. The shells I had for the starter were delicious and really arrived fast. The main thing, however, was a disappointment, especially my wife's kebab, which was quite hard and little taste. The chips were delicious. The cream Catalan I had for dessert was overgrown with orange. Although no bad meal, it was not up to the standard of other restaurants in the area and we will not return.

5 people working in the restaurant 3 in the kitchen, 2 waiting and us as the only clients and really, how hard is it to up cooking a magret de canard ?? It arrived tepid to the touch on a cold plate,...**** inside had asked for medium. Sent it back, it came marginally warmer, still on a cold plate. This was after waiting 1/2 hour after our starter plates had been cleared away... €12 for 5 small scallops cooked without any style or taste or extra garnish ? And served tepid also. We left our main courses uneaten, never to return.

When the clock met 12 we met in a sunny courtyard of The Clos Audrey showed us to a bright airy dining room beautifully air-conditioned The menu was a pleasure from filled mussels to duck cassoulet Each course was delicious and all four... from us enjoyed fine food and fine wine Sad restaurant only visitors can not use the pool but it looked inviting from an excellent wine menu Great service with perfect interlude between courses The rooms are available and I am sure they are great Reserva una mesa ahora

Accès : facile et vaste parking.Accueil : très sympathique par la patronne elle-même. Lieux : très agréable que ce soit à l'intérieur ou dehors en terrasse au bord de la piscine.Menus : très attractifs et surtout très variés.Repas: de bonne qualité et suffisamment copieux.Vins : mise en avant des vins de la région à un prix plus qu'honnête.Addition : très abordable pour la qualité du repas, du service et des lieux.C'était notre 5ème ou 6ème fois .... nous reviendrons certainement.

Quel accueil!! Très convivial!! Menu à 19,50 euros tout à fait sympathique. Service impeccable. Cuisine traditionnelle de qualité avec produits frais de saison. La patronne est tout à fait charmante et à l'écoute de ses clients. Nous reviendrons lors de nos passages dans la région!! Le site est très mignon en toute simplicité. De très bon gout. Parking gratuit fermé. Pas de risque lorsque la voiture est chargée!! Un grand merci!!

Malgré l'heure avancée, l'accueil a été excellent. Le menu à 19,50 est une pure merveille, dont notamment un gaspacho et des moules gratinées à tomber. Un grand bravo à la patronne qui a assuré en salle, malgré l'arrivée simultané de cinq tables. Bravo aussi à la cuisine qui maîtrise la cuisson du boeuf, enfin une cuisson bleue parfaite...

vous voulez bien manager en pays cathare, ne Manuel pas de passer au restaurant The Clos a Fabrezan ! Excellents choix de menus et alimentatie frais.Audrey, la patronne, et la serveuse fournissent un service agreable et familiale.Un must pour qui passe dans la region !We adore it and Will certainly come back . dans un cadre agréable tant en salle qu'en terrasse, un accueil des plus sympathique, une cuisine de qualité avec des plats de qualité (carpaccio de poisson par exemple) nota: petit déjeuner du matin excellent et complet: jambon sec gouteux / fromage locaux / œuf au plat, etc...et le pain !

Friendly and very good service. Price is good. Wonderful seafood. Nice dishes. Open was there. Wonderful surroundings
