I bought my husband an expensive vape pen for his bday. It stopped working in less then a week and a half of use. I explained that to the owner and he was very nice over the phone. I drove all the way down to shop with my daughter thinking he was going to help me out only for him to act like a nasty YOU KNOW WHAT, and in front of my daughter!. He immediately accused my husband of misusing it. He said there was a “gauge” on the side of the pen and was obviously dropped. There was tiny scratch on the pen and my husband never dropped it. The cloud vapor lounge is the best vape shop on long island! All the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with new vapers. They have sat with me for hours now explaining concepts and merchandise, so that I may have the best vaping experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you paid me.
