The Club Caroline Springs Bistro

So We went back to see about the changes. New Menu, Decor Changes, Perhaps a new head chef.The place was a lot quieter than previously for a Saturday night. Only half the tables were full, Used to be packed. The new menu was a nice change and refreshing to see. We ordered and food took about 20 to 30 minutes to get to us which is slower considering it wasn't as busy as it was in the past but the quality of the food was excellent. As was the standard of service.So well done. A very nice turnaround and i thought i should give credit when credit is due.

Was served RAW chicken. I took it back and they weren't convinced initially that it was raw until a 2nd person checked it and confirmed it was. My meal was replaced with a different meal but I was not even offered a refund for the difference in price for the 2nd meal, I had to ask for my change. My replacement meal was fish and chips, the chips were soggy with oil. I will never eat here again!

Just there for drinks with mates, the place is nice and new looking. Drinks are a little overpriced though. The staff were friendly enough, until we left, we all said goodbye to them but no response!

I went to this place to have an afternoon meal, staff at Bistro were friendly but order took a long time. Ambience is good however food is average overall.

Great food and friendly service. The restaurant was well patronised and service was quick and efficient. 10/10 from my guests and me.
