This pub is typically quiet, with decent food and service. We went for Sunday lunch and found it surprisingly empty, with only two other patrons there. The beer was good and the service was fine. The bartender seemed uninterested in talking to customers, but the barmaid was friendly. The Sunday lunches were good value for the price. I'm not sure if I would come back, but overall it was okay.

We loved this place! We were looking for somewhere to stop on the way back home from an events and were attracted to it as it was in 'Worlds end ' however it turned out to be amazing! The Staff were friendly and helpful and their BBQ was delicious and big portions. They also do great Milkshakes and Floats. We enjoyed our meal very much and will recommend it to others.

My friends and I were really excited to try out this restaurant for its American-style food, especially the ribs, steaks, and burgers that we used to love. However, it seems like things have changed since the new owners took over. The menu now offers more basic pub grub options, perfect for enjoying with a pint of beer.

Fantastic food and such a friendly welcome. I was so pleased to come across this little gem on our want back to Wales from Brighton. The food at this restaurant was incredible, and the staff were all wonderful. The atmosphere was very friendly, and even Wilbie the dog was warmly welcomed with open arms. They even had dog treats available on the bar.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a very friendly staff. The portion sizes are incredibly large and very filling. The prices are reasonable and it is a fantastic place to dine.
