After finally being seated, we waited half an hour for our salads, and then an hour for our pizza. When we asked about the delay, the manager snapped, "What do you expect for a Friday night?"—even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. By 9:00 PM, we decided to leave because it was past our children's bedtime. We requested our pizza to take home, but were met with more hostility. We noticed they only started making our pizzas then, and we had to wait another 20 minutes to get them for takeout. We're usually easygoing and understand that things can go wrong in restaurants. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Anthony, who introduced himself. When he discovered that we were visiting from out of town, he kindly recommended several highly praised dishes. Initially, we thought he might be exaggerating, but we were pleasantly surprised—everything he suggested was fantastic. Our waitresses were friendly and attentive, and the family-like atmosphere added to the overall experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

The woman named Lauren who left a one-star review... hmmm, I suspect there’s another side to this story. First of all, it's important to discipline your children. The behavior of many kids in restaurants today can make anyone feel uncomfortable and annoyed. If you believe that just because you have children, others should tolerate their misbehavior, you're in for a surprise.

The food is delicious, but I had to take off one star because my 12-inch cauliflower pizza was actually only 9 inches. I measured it because it was noticeably smaller than the other regular 12-inch pizza we ordered. The food is absolutely a perfect 10/10, and Anthony truly enhances the experience. He is an outstanding host who makes you feel at ease while guiding you through the menu. Every recommendation he made was fantastic, so definitely don’t miss the garlic knots!

The Bianca Pizzette is simply wonderful! It has creamy ricotta, sweet onions, and perfectly balanced fresh basil. I love to add black olives for an extra kick!

The sandwich was definitely overpriced considering the amount of chicken it contained. The pizza was mediocre.
