My first time here, but definitely it won 't be my last. A beautiful country pub with lovely staff serving outstanding food. I had COD, MONKFISH KING PRAWN THERMIDOR, roast potatoes buttered greens 23.00 which far exceeded any expectations I might have had. Everything seemed freshly prepared and cooked, and was memorably good. I highly recommend a visit. Food: 5

Had lovely lunch here on 15/2/24, with friends after a walk. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The pub was warm with a real fire and comfortable seats. Price of meal reasonable compared with other pubs. Would go again.
