terrible experience / service with rude employees. I thought I would look at the current coffee club promotion and try a free coffee. my badge did not work in register so a long heated argument that was due to the fact that it was obviously my fault and problem, not the coffee club and its clearly inadequate coupon system. Anyway, my child vouchers worked (gate? so I tried again....that it worked. no apologies or declaration made available by the rude and argumentative dame in register. terrible customer service aside, my coffee (latte was also sub par.....too weak without taste. more like frothy milk than a decent coffee....lucky it was free because I would not pay for it. my children were...

I frequently visit the Coffee Club at Runaway Bay, but it has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The club sandwich I ordered was mostly bread with very little filling. My father didn’t even receive his order, and the owner didn't believe him until she found his receipt. I will never eat there again.
worse coffee club experience to date. Chicken crepe had a huh hot other parts cold. chips with burger flour were steinkälte and burger-baked. the employees commenting our feedback was that is not good. won't be back

The restaurant is poorly managed today, as they are unable to take orders properly and often forget to fulfill them. They really need to get their act together; it feels like there are too many inexperienced staff.
I wasted both time and money at this place. The food quality was poor, and the service was terrible. I won't be returning to The Coffee Club.
Worst customer service compare with other coffee clubs, The staffs are bit rude rude. They should be keep same standard as others.
The service was quick, the food was great and the staff were friendly huge contrast to the previous management here!

there were two young men by the name of Mas and Thomas, very kind, great and hard workers, lovely people.
Size of meal has gotten smaller yet price is the same. Hardly any filling. And it had hair all in it.
