As someone who has both worked in the hospitality industry and studied hospitality and tourism management for three years, I understand that challenges like this are part of the job, which is why I choose to avoid service-oriented positions. On a positive note, the staff at the counter are incredibly friendly, and the coffee is outstanding. I hope the owner can extend an apology so I can continue enjoying my Sunday morning coffee before heading to work. I truly value a peaceful atmosphere and appreciate a calm environment.

I visited my regular café for my usual order: a small cappuccino with two sugars and a dash of cinnamon, just like I do every morning at this spot. Unfortunately, a rather unfriendly server handed me an iced cappuccino instead. I tried to clarify that I wanted it hot, as I always do, but she stubbornly insisted that it was ice cream. Feeling frustrated, I chose to leave without my drink after having already paid. Kudos on the experience!

Great coffee cappuccino espresso even fraps. They use the best Italian coffee. Can't beat the prices on their drinks. Great breakfast sandwiches and lunch. all the people work there always polite and great attitude t.. and make your orders the way you want it. great crew. A place definitely worth spending your hard-earned money to get good quality coffee and food

I ordered an iced chai latte with a shot of espresso, and it was absolutely perfect—frothy and just the right amount of sweetness. They use my favorite coffee (Segafredo), which made it even better. I will definitely be coming back!

If you want good coffee you gotta get an iced freddo cappuccino ! This location has THE BEST coffee in Astoria ! You will not be disappointed ! I get mine everyday ! It 's a cool hang out spot too ! 5 star plus rating !!!!

The coffee didn't impress me at all. Charging $1.50 for a hardboiled egg? That’s too much for my liking. The everything bagels lacked seeds compared to the plain ones. Overall food rating: 1 out of 5.

The iced coffee here is amazing! My only complaint is that the prices for coffee on Uber Eats are almost $4 higher. When you include the extra fees and taxes, it becomes quite expensive for a deli. Reserva una mesa ahora

One of the best if not the best coffee spots in Astoria, when it comes to European style coffee. Does not really have seating but in the summer you can sit outside or take it to go.
