We need to source coffee for our home. My husband found this place and we decided to give it a try. It located in an industrial area and the shop shares the same style with other shops in the nearby area. <br/ <br/ There is a sense of masculinity to this place. Maybe it was just by coincidence, I was almost the only woman customer at the time we went in. The manager was very nice. He walked around to make sure that the customers are taken good care of. This is the only place we've been getting coffee from. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. The cafe is quite popular as well. EDIT: 1 Year later. Wouldn't go anywhere else for coffee. Really big variety of blended and single origin coffee. The people here are really passionate about their coffee. It's also great they are open on Saturday. I tried coffee beans from a few different places and the ones from The Coffee Roaster is definitely one of the best, if not the best. The guy who assisted me with my purchase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making it such a wonderful experience in itself. The lady at the front was also very friendly and helpful. I've just taste the coffee in the morning which is very good and they have many options to have breakfast too. It place in a very good location, perfect to take away before work. There's always a guy in the cash part that attends us, very nice and always happy, gives you a shot of energy and with the coffee, much better!
Delicious coffee, great food, friendly staff and a nice and relaxed vibe. These guys take their coffee and their roasting seriously and you definitely get the feeling there is science at work! Coffee beans can also be bought in bulk and for takeaway, so you have plenty of options on how to enjoy your brew.
The best coffee. Very accommodating staff and quick service. The place was very cozy. Must try in Rosebery area, along Botany Road. When you're in the area for any reason, try their freshly roasted coffee beans (whole or ground) to take home. They have choices from 250grms/pack to 2 kls/pack.
