The College Arms - Reserva de mesa

I visited the college arms for my birthday meal, it was a Saturday and I arrived around pm it was quite busy but we managed to find a table quite easily. I ordered grilled chicken burger with chips and added cheese and bacon, we...waited around minutes for our meal to arrive I took one look at it and was instantly disappointed and before I could say anything the waiter shot off I counted rather small chips absolutely very poor value for money I shall not be going back

If I could file a complaint I would. Went after work with some friend. After ordering drinks and food was Informed by a rude member of staff that another staff member felt uncomfortable as they had a personal problem with a friend I had gone...there with. Constantly pressured to drink and eat food quickly and get out. No consideration taken by manager on shift even after explaining our sides of things. Would not recommend to anyone visiting.

We had an Empire State burger and a jacket potato today. Very pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Sandra done an absolutely brilliant job taking care of us and was great to be treated so nicely and made to feel welcome. It’s just a shame not all...staff members are as pleasant and welcoming.

another busy place to house for football games, but they were friendly, and we had to wait for about minutes. the meal was good, but it seems as if the meals are as described steak and chips( what happened with the garnish ie. a tomaten) but the day was good and beautiful. Reserva una mesa ahora

not a clean table available, sauces not filled up and come for more minutes for our drinks, we had already started on our eating at that time. they said they were understated, but most of them seemed to be standing around, not much to do!

Rude staff slow/lazy service tables not cleared dirty toilets/broken and smelly staff just don't want to serve will not be coming here again we moved on after eventually getting served

We visited on a Saturday night. Our first choice of food was unavailable. What we had was disappointing. It was so noisy we could barely speak to each other across the table.

Popped in for a couple of refreshing beers after sitting on the for hours and it was fine. Decent service despite it being fairly busy for a Tuesday teatime. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a special nd the steak was over boiled would not go right piece meat and fat had some water to try and help it go down made me sick

The title says it all. I wish there was a zero rating I could leave. Avoid this place if you expect to be treated with respect.
