I was pretty disappointed in the experience overall. I felt the food was not worth the price. My husband and I had the three course Valentine’s Day. The tomato bisque I had would have been good as a pasta sauce, the chicken entree was a little over done and the sauce was a bit much. I wished the chicken came with some kind of starch to balance out the rich flavor. The desert was overly sour and the cake was hard. The service was poor. Our server was friendly, but there were multiple people bringing us food, and they brought us the wrong table’s food more then once. Have been many times enjoy the menu and the ambiance. This was the first time we have had poor service. We waited 30+ minutes before the server came to take our drink order and by the time she came to take it, we ordered everything at once. We ordered only one appetizer, which took 20+ minutes to arrive. The server came by the table at about the 20 minute mark and did not seem to know we had not received it. Food was good when it finally arrived. The restaurant was busy, but did not seem busier than normal for a Saturday night. We could not figure out a reason for the service. May have just been our particular server was overwhelmed.
What a delight! It was a cold winter's night as we walked briskly along the streets of Old Town Alexandria. Coming into this charming, warm restaurant was a very welcome change. The decor is lovely, the service very good and the food is tasty. We were very happy with our whole meal. It is both kid friendly and a fun hangout for adults, which is hard to accomplish. We recommend going for a nice dinner or just a drink at their inviting bar. P.S. The biscuits were almost worth fighting over!

Went on Valentines Day and they had a limited menu. I ordered the Pork chop and it was great. My Husband ordered the surf and turf the steak wasn’t seasoned and the crab cake wasn’t either. However, the customer service, drinks and ambiance were great!
great place for the private age group. our server william was great, eating was delicious and loved the winery. it is a private room.
we had a fantastic meal here. to all our different taste and prices appropriate. the ambiente is great and the bar is stunning.
