The Kells is the only bar I know of in the area that will refuse to serve tap water to the driver in a group of girls who have spent a substantial amount of money on food and drink. The manager similarly refused to provide the designated driver with tap water and, reacting to angry words, got physical with a member of my party. Stay away from this establishment and give your business to another, more deserving bar!
