The restaurant is located off a busy street. There is plenty of on site parking. It is handy cap friendly, clean with a cute whimsical vibe. The food is nature made with very little added ingredients. While the restaurant and staff were great, I unfortunately did not have a good experience with my crab cake Benedict. The crab cake tasted store bought frozen with no real crab, the poached egg was overcooked and no yolk came out. The hollandaise sauce was great but too thick and very little was added to the crab cake. I was pleased to see they had fresh squeezed orange juice on the menu. This restaurant really doesn't live up to its former glory. I ordered fresh-squeezed orange juice, which costs almost $6, but it was mostly watered down. It took 40 minutes to receive our food for a table of two, and the home fries were undercooked. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The waitress was the highlight of the experience—she was very kind. The customer service from the bartender, Brooke, was disappointing. While she provided excellent service to the parties beside us, my wife and I felt neglected. She forgot to give us utensils, overlooked an item from our order, and didn't check on us after our food was served. I've never had a negative experience at Connection Cafe before, but after today, I'm not sure I'll be coming back.

I always visit this restaurant and order the same dish. However, the grumpy woman who took my order informed me that I couldn't add on something I’ve always been able to before. Then, she went to the front to gossip about it, and I overheard her. Such unprofessional behavior! The food is fantastic, but her service was definitely lacking.
The service at this restaurant is excellent, and my daughter and I have visited many times since relocating to Holbrook. The only area that could use some improvement is the coffee; it's only decent at best. Also, I recently found out there's a $2 upcharge for choosing raisin bread over white, which caught me off guard!
