This place is amazing! If I lived here I would come everyday. Really small, family owned breakfast restaurant. Kind of a dive IN A GOOD WAY! Fast service, food is excellent and the owner is the waitress. Places like this are hard to find and this is one in a million. Highly recommended for a great breakfast.

Food was really good. Good size portions. Staff could have been more attentive but friendly. Fairly small place but seemed like a local place. Took almost an hour to sit due to being a smaller location. Kitchen could be cleaned up a bit but overall I think I'd return if in the area.

Delicious food! Very friendly owner (Carol I think)! Very friendly! Will definitely come back! It's best to get too early, otherwise there'll be a line.

Excellent service, good delicious food (breakfast) large portions! Great conversation! I would definitely recommend this facility!
