The Cork House - Reserva de mesa

Restaurant was cold not a good start. We ordered a few tapas dishes. The cod was meant to come with chorizo, there was none in the dish, it seemed to just have a Tin of chopped tomatoes poured over the fish. It tasted of nothing! Prawns were gross, cold and rubbery. Overall I have never had such poor “tapas”. We had a lovely evening though, thanks to the friendly atmosphere and the waiting staff were nice.

We went for sunday lunch. The positives first ..we could not fault the food, everything was well presented and good quality. I loved the seabass. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful.The negatives ... the glasswear was all smeary and it wasn't just ours which came from the bar, i noticed the same on the empty tables. Also the tables were very sticky. Just needs more attention to detail

We had a wonderful first visit to this restaurant! The food was delicious, the cocktails were fantastic, and our waiter, a young Scottish man, was exceptional. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Thank you!

I’ve eaten twice when it’s the mid week menu and I’ve been really impressed with the food and service. A great price for a mid week catch us with friends
