The Cosmos - Reservar una mesa

So I go to the cosmos probably about once a month; every time I order I get the chicken nachos and deviled eggs. So today I go in because I was craving the chicken nachos, I ordered for my friend and myself. I get home and literally it's almost all chips, barely any other toppings and they changed the chicken to this intensely shredded chicken, it almost looked like it came out of a can. I call them for a new order because again I was hungry pick the order up and literally they taste horrible. I don't know if it's because they change the chicken or maybe it's because they barely put any queso. Who knows, I definitely will not be back. Went here on a Saturday late afternoon. All the tables on the Cosmos side were dirty tables so we sat a table, and just thought to be patient. Waited about almost 10 minutes for it to be cleaned(or even acknowledged). No one greeted us. Just a quick order of the drinks and than the food. Didn’t get anyone’s name from the sever. Got the corn fritters, they tasted good! Expect they were really dark on the outside like they were cooking with old oil or just cooked them to long. Got the “trust us” pizza, basically was a gyro pizza almost. The outside crust was blacken and burnt and the middle was soggy(how does that even happen in a food fire oven). Drove a hour to here, wouldn’t come back.

great local connection. 12 inch cakes are phenomenal. I had the chicken sausage pizza with wings. both were great. as a bonus I had a bell’s amber and a kentucky mule while waiting. the only bottom is that the pizzas do not come larger than 12 inches.

For something fun try the trust us pizza never quite sure what it will be except good.Atmosphere is comfortable and fun.Different enough to be intriguing. Familiar enough to be nice.Trust me. Trust them for aTrust Us
