I want to make this review purely because of how amazing the staff are and how well they handled an unfortunate human error. I came for dinner with my family for my sister's birthday and for my dad's 60th birthday, we ordered two vegan burgers and two meat burgers. When the food arrived I had had two bites of my vegan burger and realised it had bacon jam on it. I wasn't sure if they had a vegan version of the bacan jam so I asked our server and she said she'd go and check. About 10 minutes later we were told that the chef had made an error and put bacon jam on the two vegan burgers. Of course this wasn't very pleasant to hear, but the staff handled it perfectly. Me and my mom don’t get to go out much together but tonight was just so lovely. There was a lovely lady with glasses that served us throughout the night and made sure to check back on our food for each course. The drinks were amazing! The food was good, the fish portion is quite poor though I’d say for the money and the salad didn’t have too much chicken in it which was a shame. However, the pudding and the starters were delicious
Really good If you are like me and struggle to hear the barrier your friends/partner when you go to a club then The Cozy Club is just for you The bar is not rammed full like a tin of sardines, they have good tablets and chairs and music is playing but you can easily talk over the music and hear what everyone is saying The staff are really friendly also We did not try the food but recommended
The interior of this handsome former bank HQ is delightfully and impeccably naff. It comes across as a sort of gentleman's club somewhere in Central London. You are not meant to be fooled by the decor. No matter, just sit back and enjoy playing the game! A great place for a quiet breakfast or brunch.

Just ate a main meal. Ordered the fish pie. It came in a very shallow dish and had little fish/substance with a few green vegetables on the side. Picked up a coffee and kit kat at the station on the way home. The food lacked taste and substance. Don't think I'll bother eating there again.
Just ok. Had the breakfast. It was all a bit burned and overdone, and I think the somewhat cremated lump of something was a piece of chicken. I think it was all very much pre-cooked and then thrown back on a grill. Just ok. Service good and friendly though.
We loved this pub/restaurant/bar. Really friendly staff, elegant and ample facilities, and high quality food. You can bring children during the day. Will come back.
Popped in for cocktails during the midweek happy hour, very nice, my fiance particularly enjoyed the cherry Bakewell cocktail.
