The Cottage - Reserva de mesa

I give this pub 5 stars because it is a popular spot for people to gather on the weekends. The only downside is the expensive pints priced at £4.50, which is more common in Cardiff. If it wasn't for the attraction of Friday and Saturday nights, they wouldn't be able to justify charging such high prices. The rooms, service, and location all deserve a rating of 5.

I went to this restaurant tonight with some friends for a meal. We were greeted by men with long hair, and the customer service was extremely unprofessional. There was no thank you or smile from the staff, and the bathrooms were dirty with no locks on the doors. I would not recommend coming here again due to the lack of professionalism in the service.

We dined at this restaurant and unfortunately the steak I ordered was the worst I've ever had. The only positive aspect was the good service. I might return for a drink, but I will definitely not be eating here again. I would rate the service a 4 out of 5.

Popped in on a whim because we were staying down the road. Really good portions, at a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and meal was fab. Only downside was there was quite a long wait for food, but we did go in on quiz night so that might be why! Reserva una mesa ahora

Staff seem fairly grumpy, toilets have been dingy for years now despite changing once or twice. The pub itself is beautiful, and drinks were served to a high standard (quickly, not flat or watery etc).

Disappointing service, first forgot to come back to take our order, then food took over 20mins to be served with the excuse the chicken is cooked to order !! Would not return

An excellent meal good staff but the restaurant very cold. If you don’t mind sitting in a cold room to eat a meal ok. It did spoil the experience Reserva una mesa ahora
