Went to a wonderful restaurant today for coffee, the place was extremely busy. The staff were coping well and everything was going smoothly. The customers appeared happy and content. A very rude and immature person (female) walked in and demanded a table for 12 which was obviously not possible at that precise time because the tables were all full. The woman was very rude and aggressive towards the manager who very politely tried to explain that at short notice this was not possible.. The woman became increasingly aggressive towards the management lady . When going in larger parties to anywhere such as restaurants it’s always advisable to book to avoid disappointment. Absolutely amazing cafe very welcoming and polite staff members who are managed by lovely owners. They always have the time to speak and answer questions, getting to know their regulars. Food is freshly made by a very talented cook. Can get busy but always accommodate and aim to please all their customers, defo worth booking ahead if you are coming with a big group to avoid disappointment. Very highly recommended we visit every half-term/summer holidays as a treat for the kids, breakfast with great grandad who is a regular we absolutely love it here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited today with Family, booking is advisable. Very popular!!!! We had amazing food, sausages mash, stacked burger , homemade pie with fresh veg and mash lots on the menu. All staff pleasant, friendly and welcoming ! Will definitely be returning! Despite not having a reservation, we were offered a great table : all the employees are extremely nice and accommodating. We all felt very comfortable. We were there for breakfast and it tasted very good. Great price-performance ratio. Incredibly rude owner who had obviously overbooked his restaurant and under catered; for over an hour I watched him turn people away in increasingly rude and aggressive ways.
