If you looked up the word demonstrative on the net you would come across synonyms such as open, unreserved, affectionate. Words that describe the experience at the Courtyard along with warm, friendly, approachable. The locals, from all walks of life and nationalities, mingle with vacationers and newly arrived expats, and banter with each other, adding words to the mix like fun, hilarious and sometimes crazy. The place is an encyclopedic knowledge bank for those who need council even if unsolicited, but to those seeking advice or a recommendation it's helpful and of course, they serve food and drink too. This is a nice place to pop in for a drink some delicious homemade food. Plenty of outside seating if you prefer to stay in the sunshine . Jim Gavin are very friendly and the food, cooked by Emma, was great (fish chips, homemade steak pie Sunday roast to mention a few). I will definitely be back and recommend you try The Courtyard Bar for yourself . See you soon guys
