I like this place in Islington much better than that in Old Street. The place is very cozy, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the beer collections too much and they are really good! My favorite is the barley wines. It is really strong, but it is so good that it is easy to drink. You also have board games! Nice place to hang around with someone.

Also here I stayed solo in London with work tasks. I stayed close to Kings Cross, but did not want to connect the sharp suit and Perroni Brigade near the basin area. A little homework and a 15-minute walk later I found this jewel. Large selection of beer and food.

Great burger, great beer. Love the crispy potato bits in the burger and that it is genuinely medium cooked.
