The Crepe Stop - Reserva de mesa

They lost my order and kept dismissing me when I asked them for it saying it’s coming when they didn’t have my receipt in their queue. Ended up waiting over an hour for my crepe. I kept asking them when mines will be made but they kept saying there’s a backlog although it’s clear I stood in front of them for a whole hour whereas later customers got served before me. Extremely dismissive staff who can’t be a bit flexible. They wanted to push my order to the end of the backlog although I’ve already waited an hour. They are terrible at communicating what is happening with my order too.

Waited for an hour, they lost our order and tried to gaslight us for it. Had to call management for a while instead of just making the order from our receipt . Happened to three other customers, all had to argue for it. It’s just basic customer service folks, use some common sense. I was about to give up, go home hungry and issue a chargeback for credit fraud. Crepe itself was fine. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse.

They are one the only restaurants open until midnight in San Carlos serving a variety of desserts. They have milk tea which is a tad on the sweet side, but it is nice that they have decaf tea but no lactose-free options. I would stick to their crepes and mini-pancakes which were fun to have! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and service is relatively fast. You can order at a kiosk or in-person.

The most delicious crepes ever. They're ready super fast, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The House Special and the Love at First Bite are my two personal favorites. The outdoor seating is great, really cute flowers and sun shade. Cannot emphasize enough how good their crepes and Nutella poppers are! Reserva una mesa ahora

The love at first bite i got with nutella and strawberry, the mexican guy straight up gave me all chocolate nutella syrup with strawberries not like as shown in pictures. It was so oily. Either he ran out of nutella or he purposely gave me all syrup on purpose. Not coming back.

Offers Gelato Classico gelato from the distributor in Concord. Now that the storefront on Emerson St in Palo Alto is closed, I think this is the only location on the peninsula with this gelato!

Food was very good. Love that they have vegan options. Service was a bit slow and chaotic. Don't know that I'd stay here to eat but it's easy to takeout from.
