Cute little place with interesting decor. They display an eclectic arrangement of art (some for sale). We were seated in the middle of the room at a small two person table that was just big enough for our knees. Not once, but a few times we bumped our table. The room was full and we had the pleasure of hearing everyone's conversations to the point where we decided to just not talk because we couldn't compete with the noise. The waitress messed up our orders and even though the menu suggests that they will cater to your dietary needs, I was unable to order a Frittatta without tomato because they "make that in the morning". Enjoyed lunch with a family member. The front room is the more attractive of the two in a historic home. My son loved a sandwich of real chicken breast, stuffing and cranberry sauce on a ciabatta bun, while I had a nice-tasting curried soup with a sandwich with garlic-flavored chicken, stuffing and cheddar cheese, all grilled on a panini press. There was a wide selection of baked good and we took a sampling of four home to enjoy with the rest of the family. The carrot cake was very good, as was a chocolate cheese cake-like tart. A happy, friendly small town experience, with great food and phenomenal desserts!The fact that is it in a historic manse, increases the pleasure of coming. Make sure you have a reservation. Ladies when asked large or small-pick small.The only thing wrong with it is that it is not open for supper or I would eat all my meals here.
