Love coming there and having the hot ham and cheese, delicious! But they no longer offer a pickle with it. You have to have a pickle with hot ham and cheese! The customer service is failing. For me to be diamond Plus at your casino, and this is one of my perks, you're failing.
Storm comes through Evansville knocks the power out for a lot of residents. We come to stay and play at your casino. You close down early when your posted to be open until 11:00pm I can understand 10:45pm but 9:30 unacceptable. Poor decision!!!
Seriously, $25 dollars for three of the worst hot dogs imaginable! The lucky chili dog had chili with BEANS! ? on a hot dog with cheese that want even slightly melted! The staff is good but product served is way below sub par!

Tropicana has recently built a land base casino. This was our first visit and was a pleasure change. Anticipated machines and games in a fresh environment. It is worth while if you enjoy local gaming.
Decent place to pick up some cheap food at the Tropicana casino. The food tasted as expected, not great but not bad. The staff were very friendly and quick to process checkout.
This is a must stop by ! There pizza is to die for and the desert selection is AMAZING !!! The staff is super friendly and helpful !!!
