the mother of my partner visited and when she had an upcoming birthday, we decided to treat her to a prominent dinner. we chose the dining room, because we thought it was a point for a reason, and we were not disappointed. we had a nice evening – it was a Saturday evening, so we had the 7 course tasting menu, with matching weeps, and the dishes were delicious, varied and beautifully cooked. pinknna has a good task to explain the dishes, but not exaggerated. the menu changes regularly as they read this, it can be good different – but to have us: makrele with geeseberry sorbet, cheese wolves empanada, mönch with tomaten erbsen, rosmarin zirbet, lamb with hasselback kartoffels and roasted veg, there was a preboard of brandy really – the standard of cooking was high and in comparison good with other restaurants that try similar fine food tasting menus. there was a lot of food and the 4 weeps that accompanied the menu were great. the chef came to the conclusion to sing for us – what I don't think is usually done on a Saturday – and this has added to our pleasure. the bill for three with weinspitze was £220 – and given the amount of food, quality of ingredients and hospitality, we thought it would be a good value for money. recommended for special occasions.

last night in the dining room we had a big secret ‘menu degustation’ with a weeping flight. we loved the scallops with fennel and black pudding crumbles, the black one that was cooked for perfection and above all the gray mullet with a color risotto and roasted tomato emulsion. it was equipped with a clever combination of banans and nebel for dessert and cheese (there was another dessert option). a tasty starter of laek and blue cheese tea and a refreshing Rhabarb sorbet on the way finished the menu. All courses were excellently cooked and presented with great service and carefully selected wines. a great meal of exactly the right proportions and with a happy willingness to adapt to some nutritional requirements. this (very good) restaurant is not to miss! we will be back when the menu changes every month.

innovative tasty cuisine at a level difficult to find locally, but to praise that make it easy to enjoy regularly. eating was simply super (7 curs tasting menu) and the matching wine flight was well chosen and interesting. also the service was great, and the evening was rounded off with the talents of jean (aka the singing chef) who entertained us with his excellent voice effortlessly after our meal. a good enough space to compete with the best, but very relaxed and excellent value for money.

First time for us with the small plates menu on Saturday and we LOVED it. Although two of my choices on the menu werent available, there was still plenty to choose from without feeling they were a second choice... Lovely ambience, fantastic service and the wine was spot on. Although we were first in it was great we weren't rushed (so had another bottle of wine and were the last to leave. Thank you, we will be back (as long as you get a bottle of Grand Marnier in
