We recently visited a restaurant that is now called "The Ounce", possibly because it specializes in serving steak by the ounce. The menu is predominantly focused on steak, which I do not eat. However, there were a few other options such as vegetarian, baked salmon, and pork belly. I opted for the fish dish, which was very good. One of my companions enjoyed the pork belly, describing it as delicious, while the other two had the steak and thought it was great. Despite arriving on a Tuesday at 5pm without a reservation, we were fortunate enough to secure a table right away, although we were only able to stay until 7pm.
