The Don - Reserva de mesa

I am so disappointed! This used to be our favorite spot for an incredible Indian meal. They were a bit pricier than our usual takeaway, but the food was always worth it because of its great flavor... until last night. It seems they have raised their prices slightly, but haven’t updated them on their website. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has significantly declined. I understand that cost-cutting is necessary these days, but the meal tasted worse than our usual, less expensive takeaway. It was quite bland, with thinner sauces and tougher, slightly chewy chicken.

My lower rating stems from the fact that none of the staff were wearing masks to protect others, and when a table left, it wasn’t sanitized before a new group was seated. The food was decent, and the waitstaff were polite and friendly, providing good service. As someone who wanted to support the business, I also recognize the importance of following guidelines meant to prevent the spread of Covid-19. I believe more measures should have been taken to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.

The best curry of my life, the owner is very friendly, exquisite food and excellent, rapid service. The best place to go if you want genuine Indian food and to be treated like family, no complaints at all. Worth every penny!

Lovely restaurant and fantastic food hard to find a decent Indian food in Welwyn Garden but this place has definitely got 10/10 great service quick and efficient and polite staff

Food was lovely when it came. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took longer than you'd expect. Had to ask for a menu and waiting staff not that attentive
