We were new to moving here in Morton, and had passed this place a couple times before and decided this morning at 8am to check it out! We got there and was greeted right away, our waitress was very friendly the whole time, and checked on us quite a bit. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy, which we were told they were homemade...and they definitely did taste it! Just was a little bland, without any seasoning...only complaint there! haha. I ordered the #2 Special! It was 2 scrambled eggs, diced ham, potatoes and toast. It was AMAZING!!!!!! Very flavorful, and delicious. Very fulfilling. Great service, and great prices. Definitely recommend this little place, in Morton!!! Nice and cozy,...
Eggs easily with bacon and roasted were served at flash speed and made exactly the way I like them. Our waitress met us outside and welcomed us in the restaurant and immediately took our drinks order. The only negative would be that I left and got the menus while she went for the drinks. I had no problem with it because the atmosphere was so relaxed. It's a simple family restaurant with ingenious food.
