The Drift Cafe - Reservar una mesa

Visited this lovely little cafe yesterday for breakfast with my partner son. We had X2 breakfast's (tea/coffee toast included), with a round of toast a can of pop, £28. Food was beautiful I really don't think this price is bad especially if you're served nice food. We enjoyed it so much, that we're going back again today. They do allow dog's in, which I'm not a fan of, but must admit the ones that were in yesterday were very well behaved under the table. This wouldn't put me off going as there's plenty of seating to enable you to sit away from them.

large caffeine, a short walk from a great beach. excellent selection of food n drink, eat delicious with beautiful generous portions. amazing cake (see also picture) spacious with selection of sitting inside, outside and outside nested. large café parking lot. dog-friendly, baby changing and high chairs available. highly recommended.

There are too many dogs at this restaurant. The food is good and the service is great, but the number and size of dogs is becoming a problem. Yesterday, a dog the size of a small pony stuck its face onto my wife's part of the table, which we found unhygienic and unacceptable. We will not be coming back.

We traveled from Amble for breakfast, but due to a flooded road, we had to walk along the beach to reach the restaurant. The owner kindly offered us a lift in his 4x4, but our dog wanted to continue on to the beach. The breakfast was great and definitely worth the drive. Would recommend to others.

We always visit here when we holiday at the caravan park nearby and never feel let down. We had drinks and cakes, and can't really recommend anyone as they were all excellent. On a very positive note they now allow dogs in the cafe itself which is great when the weather is cold outside.

beautiful small caffeine on the coast! had a complete English breakfast that was very beautiful. they even make ice and a cake selection to take home. the staff was very friendly and helpful. a great place to start the Northern Umberland coastal path.

A very friendly cafe with a good selection of cakes and food. We had pizza and chips and it was very good quality and value for money. The only downside is when it is busy you can have a long wait but if you are prepared for that it is worth the wait.

a great atmosphere and a very friendly service with internal and external seating as well as a large marquee well pampered dogs are welcome, the drift is a dance point on the north-overland coast.

Very dog friendly with an excellent range of food and drinks, extremely welcoming staff and a magnificent beach just across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will certainly be back.

fantastic breakfast after a way around the beach of druridge bay including super hot milk latte. friendly staff and great service. save them space for dessert!
