We had a fun time catching up with friends yesterday afternoon. Our friend had booked a table we were given a large table for 7 people were impressed by the airy, comfortable location. From the very start our waitress was attentive did everything possible to make our visit a great one. Our vegan Wellington Roast dinner was cooked to perfection, with roast potatoes to die for. We had just enough room to polish off a delicious Vegan brownie, which I would highly recommend! Thanks for your attention to detail and for being very patient with our large group. We will definitely return!

The pub, now known simply as "The Duchess," has had numerous owners in recent years. The building is beautiful and has been nicely renovated. However, the food on our recent visit was disappointing. Several dishes were not available, and the steak pie and burgers we ordered were overcooked and tough. The whitebait starter, on the other hand, was very good. Additionally, we felt rushed as the bill was brought to us before we requested it, and the loud singer in the bar area made it impossible to have a conversation. Due to these factors, we decided to leave early.

My partner and I dined at this charming pub for the first time tonight. We started with the charcuterie plate and both enjoyed the delicious sea bass special. My partner even indulged in the sticky toffee pudding. The prices for both food and drinks were quite reasonable compared to other places in London, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We will definitely be coming back again.

I believe this pub is now just called The Duchess. The food is fine although the wine list (by the glass) is not as good as it previously was under the former owners. Service very slow we had to constantly call the waiter over. As already mentioned the portions are large. Reserva una mesa ahora

I attended this venue with a large group of friends and despite ordering my food first I was served last and only served after continued complaints were made to the staff. When I complained I was told there was no issue when really there was!

Great mayonnaise! The restaurant is lovely and the food is delicious. The service was excellent as well. The atmosphere was clean and the food arrived promptly, with the drinks being served cold. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

Beautiful roast dinner in wonderful atmosphere. Perfectly cooked and brilliant service. Delicious puddings, too.
