The Dutchie Express Thornton Heath

This is the 3rd time i have ordered from here and i have been left disappointed each time. I have even ordered from 2 different apps, Uber Eats and Deliveroo and each time I have had to dispute my orders for the same reason. This will now have to go in the bin because it is not edible ANY HUMAN CONSUMPTION. My food was burnt, the festival's are burnt and soaked in oil. The Mac n Cheese is not even cooked properly. its literally macaroni pasta with cheese sprinkled on top. The quality fo the food here is nothing like the original. I understand its called express but I did not know that means cutting corners. The Quality control is trash. I cannot believe someone looked at this and thought this is okay to send out to a someone? Would you eat this? Do you need new chefs because I'll happily show you how to properly make mac and cheese and fry festivals. This is not it. If you cannot make mac and cheese perhaps you need to remove it from your menu until your recipe is revised. I would like a response from someone because I need to know whether or not you think this is acceptable.

0 stars worst west Indian I have paid in my life, please save you a great disappointment. oxtail swims in oil no serious in itself, the rice and the draught is clear from yesterday and koleslaw was left uncooled as the mayo in it becomes clear. looks absolutely disgusting, I don't even taste it. all thrown in the müll, as I fear, I will get sick thanks to dutchie express kmt

delicious food. we ate bite n salt fish and curry goats with tears. we also ate the fish plate. really nice, well presented and it arrived on time. we have enough food for tomorrow. I recommend this company. well made dutchie express, we will definitely order again from them.

the portions were a decent size and the fried chicken was beautiful and crispy. However, I was not a fan of bbq gravur and the koleslaw was ridiculously dry this could be because of the delivery, but there was simply no moistness.

awful food, brown one-pot huh was fat and terrible and the mac and cheese looked like someone threw it in a box. do not recommend them to have poorest carribean food I had
