I eat a lot of sushi and I have to say that even the prepackaged garbage at the supermarket is a lot better than what you get served at the east. The rice is dry and the fish is cut so thinly that you can...see the rice underneath. There's a heavy emphasis on fried food (which I suppose at least tastes better than the sushi). The fried duck and butterfish were terrible (respectively dry and oily) and several things were delivered up to minutes late. The ambience resembles a cantina and is unspeakably dingy. I can't say if it *is* dirty, but it certainly seems dirty. I don't think the staff were unfriendly, but they certainly were harried and stressed. Add to that that it's not terribly cheap...
Wir waren heute seit langer Zeit wieder hier, um etwas zu essen. Die Kinder haben sich drauf gefreut, mal wieder zum 'Essen mit Ipad ' zu gehen. Als wir dort angekommen sind (an einem Sonntag Nachmittag) war es fast leer, und wir haben schnell herausgefunden, warum. Das 'warme ' essen war meißt kalt, und dass sushi warm. Obwohl wenig los war (mit uns 4 Tische besetzt) hat es teilweise über 20 min. gedauert, bis manches da war, und an der Qualität war auch viel auszusagen. In der Miso Suppe, wo normalerweise Seetang drin ist, waren nur Frühlingszwiebeln und der Tintenfisch-salat bestand mehr aus Kartoffeln als Tintenfisch. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen, und empfehlen es auch euch nicht.
Unfortunately, our reservation on Open Table has been completely ignored! In the app I got a confirmation, but arrived at the restaurant NO TISCH was available for us. The waiter told us that you don't notice Open Table reservations!!! It's better to call. Since we were in the restaurant at about 6:00 p.m. and were at about 12 we were lucky enough to have a few tables pushed together in the back-last corner and we still found room.
Having visited this place on a good few occasions I can but wholly recommend a meal here. My recommendation is the iPad driven unlimited menu: for one selects four dishes each quarter hour. The food is served fast after selection and is delicious. Add...in a sashimi for odd and you will not take up all courses. As a business traveller, I do try to visit this place at least once a week. Not to be missed if you like Japanese

Nice service, great thing with button 120, 2 h order and everything is brought to the table. Tom yum Soul and sushi are particularly delicious. One of my favorite restaurants in Hanau. Also for a quick lunch there is an exta lunch card...we have also celebrated a confirmation here and everything worked excellently.

I went weeks ago in this restaurant with my friends. The food is so nice specially the Chinese food and the waiters polite. I wish if I’ll come back in hanau it will be a stop this restaurant. Very nice
The food was good and it is also positive that there is not only sushi. However, zb cans of pineapple were in the sauce, which was very bad. The idea with which to order via tablet is good.

Great all-you-can-eat concept. Delicious food. The timing didn't always fit. Main courses were delayed and only after dessert. In addition, some courses were lost.
The food was super tasty, never got so good food for such a cheap lunch table. The staff was friendly and funny. Only to recommend.
