The Egerton Arms - Reserva de mesa

After making a reservation, we were taken care of by a man named Guto. He went out of his way to call us while we were en route from London to Chester to check on our journey and see if we needed anything upon arrival. We found this level of service to be exceptional and above the standard. When we arrived, Guto greeted us, got us drinks, then showed my wife and me to our room. He also offered to get us anything else we might need. He was a great young guy. The room was nice, although the bathroom could use an update. There was a coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods, teas, water, and a very comfortable, clean, and spacious bed. The TV had Netflix and other apps available. The breakfast...

The food at this restaurant is outstanding, the drinks are reasonably priced, the staff is very friendly and efficient, and the place itself is clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth a visit. Overall rating: 5 stars for food, service, and location. Hotel highlights include luxury accommodations.

The service, food, atmosphere, and value for money at this restaurant are all excellent. We felt welcomed from the beginning and they were very accommodating. The menu offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back.

Under new ownership...food was excellent..presented well..served promptly and the quality of all four of our meals was excellent..everybody was happy and said so...as an aside the vinegar used for the fish and chips was to die for...where can I get some!!!
