On arrival at 6pm, there was no staff to greet us and give us our table number so I looked up our booking and found our own table.I was second in the queue to order my meal....The transaction ahead of me took over 10 minutes to complete. I then ordered my meal where if you ordered a main meal a soup would cost $4 instead of the usual $8...I paid and left the counter then noticed I was charged full price for the soup....I returned to the counter to find the original first customer complaining about his transaction....another wait....then explained I was overcharged....no sorry... pointing out the specials board in front of the register ....another 3 to 4 minutes to refund the error, having to...
Had lunch here today with friends, girlfriend and I ordered roast of the day "Pork" when it arrived at the table it was 'Lamb" somewhere between when we ordered and arrival the item had been changed. I would have thought that they would have at least given us the courtesy of coming to the table to tell us. We ordered pork because it was our favourite, had we known that it was to change we may have ordered something else. Having said that the lamb was good but the vegetables were cold, stone cold. Hubby ordered the parma but receive a schnitzel. It was not an over busy day, how can the mistakes happen? Will think twice about eating here again. No excuse for mistakes.
Overall we really enjoyed the food. Everything was fresh and cooked well. We had oysters kilpatrick and calamari for entree and chicken/veal parmas for mains. Good chips and fresh salads and fast service. Price is a little dearer than some pub meals ($28 for Veal Parma) and charging $2 extra for a tiny half filled sauce dish or $3 for gravy is a bit rich but I can say everything was tastey. BYO BBQ sauce! (Can get a whole bottle for $2!!) ;)
We were served our food very fast even though there was quite a few diners and the Calamari entree was cooked perfectly, very tasty and was a good serving size. We both had parmas for mains and although there was a huge size difference from the veal and chicken both meals were tasty and again served fast and cooked perfectly. Prices are around the $20 - $30 mark for most mains so fairly average for a pub meal. We will return again.

Went here with a group of friends. The food was poorly presented and lacked taste. The roast of the day looked like a dog's dinner. One diner asked for a dinner roll and was charged an extra 80c. Another asked for water and was directed to go to the bar. This will be on my never to return list.
The place was too depressing with all the pokies. However our food was fast and there were some creative ideas like the Parmigiana toppings but the quality was so so.
Had dinner here and quality was first class. Hotel is more like an up class Club with per machines, sports bar and open bar area.
We had a lunchtime meal and it was $10.00 off the second meal good value for money. lovely atmosphere very clean

I would eat here again for a reasonable meal if in the area. Prices were typical of hotels in the area.
Great place for a chicken parma with chips and salad and a few beers to wash it down. Friendly service
