We took a single cabbage in the samon a soft cabbage with a well-fresh salmon trim in the mouth. Then a dish of the day Raclette copier plate and charcuterie and cheese of good quality, then a Faux filet, bearnaise sauce and fries house thick meat and cooked to point. Excellent address for dinner between friends outside or inside the brewery. At the aperitif the board is correct and the dinner follows very good. The welcome is cordial.
