The Falcon - Reserva de mesa

I was looking for a pub to have lunch on a Saturday ahead of going to Twickenham to watch England. Friends coming from Reading and East London, so Clapham worked well. I booked the Falcon on the back of its website and was amazed at the quality of the food, beer and the service. They had reserved a table for the 6 of us in a good spot in the bar and gave us 2 hours, although we could have stayed longer. Food, service and beer was first rate. The atmosphere was friendly and a complete mix of people all enjoying a drink watching the footy or chatting with most slightly older (i.e. no gangs of 18's year olds). Not exactly a great business model to keep clientele. Allow people to book tables as per directions on the website with confirmation emails then, when they realise they didn't forethink the world cup and can make more money charging deposits for England matches, send passive aggressive emails to pay them or encourage yoy to cancel your table then cancel it wihtout cause or further communication anyway when we've done everything by the book. The pub might reserve the right to cancel bookings but their method and reasoning are poor. I'm sure 4 or 5 people not visiting The Falcon in Clapham Junction anymore isn't a huge loss but it's a terrible reflection on Nicholsons pubs and client contact a...

Overpriced bar with terrible customer service. Staff (some) are ignorant and rude with not even a modicum of sense. I was overcharged for already expensive drinks because staff member got my order wrong. I was then asked if I wanted the difference refunded! This took another 5 mins. When I checked later I could see that no refund was given despite being told that it had gone through. A ‘reserved’ notice was then plonked down on our table without any apology which came across basically as you can f””k off in half an hour because someone else will be sitting at this table. What a wonderful worlddd ... Banging sports bar in Clapham, considering there's there's actual sports bar next door that was empty this place was class. Buildings older than the brands it sells, traditional and classy with screens everywhere. Will be the new hub for sport, burger and a pint deal hits the spot as well Reserva una mesa ahora

Met up with mates before seeing s show at Clapham Grand and after looking s various other places online, we decided to eat here The service was prompt , good selection of drinks and we shared a platter which was of a very good standard. My friend had a dessert that hit the spot

Such a great evening in this pub . They have a large range of beers and gin . We ordered some great delicious bar snacks to share with my friends. The bar staff were really friendly and served us very quickly. I will highly recommend it to my friend.

Unreal place to watch sport! Great atmosphere, lots of beers available! Looks very different from the last time we were here after a make over Maddie was good craic behind the bar as well. Will be back for the prem next week!

Fun pub in Clapham which turns into a bar later in the evening. Drinks are good and well priced and it's always busy and has a good vibe. Also brilliant outdoor seating areas as well as a nice internal space. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very slow service , took 55 minutes Small portions Food was cold Overall an awful experience for the price we paid

Great spot for a full English breakfast. Pub was clean. Food was great. Staff were friendly. Cheers guys
