We are regular customers at this restaurant because the food is consistently fantastic. Steve loves the southern fried Parmo, which he always says is excellent. The new menu offers a variety of delicious fish dishes, and I highly recommend the Parmesan Cod loin. Despite not being vegetarian, I was blown away by their vegetarian Thai curry. Recently, I was feeling cold and tired and in need of some comfort food. I decided to try the slow cooked brisket with butternut squash puree, mashed potatoes, and vegetables, and it was delicious. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.
Called into the Falcon Inn after attending a funeral at Acklam. We were able to book a large table for 10 people at 6.15pm. The pub is bright and welcoming with friendly staff and a wide range of beers and spirits including alcohol free. It has a good size car park. It is a children and dog friendly pub. They offer a wide range of hot and cold dishes which are reasonably priced. For main courses we had two Seafood Thai Curry with half rice half chips, two crispy salmon, one fish pie and a small scampi. All the dishes were excellent. Would recommend The Falcon if you are in the area. Then I’ll came to just over £132,00, so £145 with tip.
After not visiting for several years, we decided to stop by for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the place had improved in appearance since our last visit. There were a few customers present, mostly older individuals. The bar area was clean and comfortable, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The food surpassed our expectations, with dishes better than your average pub fare. I ordered a steak and my wife had the gammon with eggs, both of which were delicious. I can definitely recommend this place and we plan on returning in the future.
My husband I went here for lunch today we had a gorgeous lunch. The service was great: really friendly and helpful male staff member (sorry didn’t get his name). The food was delicious and a good variety. I had the Seafood Platter my husband the Hotshot Parmo (he chose the Pork rather than chicken). For dessert we had the Affogato We’ll definitely be back soon…. I’ll be tempted to order the same!

Great service and choice although arrival of desert was slow as kitchen was busy. Large portion of very good cheesecake. Sunday lunch was mediocre. The over fine cut of all the meats made it feel like packet meat. Not the best. Large Yorkshire and enough veg. Short on roasties....I got one. Parmos were very good and generous portions. I would go back but on for Sunday lunch.
I recently had a family meal to celebrate my niece's birthday at this restaurant. The food was superb, served quickly, hot and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. We will definitely return in the future.
Everything about the place was ten out of ten. Location, staff (couldn't have been nicer), food, ambience, prices, quantity, parking and beautiful dining room all absolutely perfect. Will certainly be back. Geoff and Gill
Very dated now, no wonder pubs are closing, the managment needs to sort the pub out, poor service, expensive and average food, used to be very busy, now quiet. Used it regulary in the past, wont be eating in there again

Absolutely lovely afternoon with the family. Gorgeous food. Everyone was so happy with their meal and staff were great. I would definitely recommend.
Went for lunch with family. Very tasty parmos with diced black pudding deserts. Friendly staff and lovely village pub.
