The Famous Codfather Fish

Friendly welcoming staff. Basic dining area which is clean and tidy. Fish and chips cooked fresh to order. Very tasty and reasonable prices. We went here on the 19th August at lunch time during a busy heatwave weekend. Well worth the visit. Our visit was based on previous reviews.

We’ve been here twice in the last month, once in the evening as a couple and once during the day with our daughter. We were very impressed both times with the quality of the service and food and would highly recommend it.

After reading good reviews on here we decided to try this place for a change and really enjoyed our fish and chips. Not greasy at all. Friendly staff, will definitely return.

Some of the best chip shop chips I’ve eaten (and I’ve eaten a lot! . Next time I will try the fish as well Highly recommended
