My first impression was of a warm, helpful, and all encompassing welcome from both the staff and the building and grounds. The congeniality of the staff never wavered from that initial meeting on Thursday until the end of the stay on Monday. Dorrien, Di and James are gracious and thoughtful hosts and set the tone for an outstanding Hotel Restaurant in the oldest dwelling in Morzine, a classic Alpine ‘Great House’, for want of a better description. I stayed in starhotels all over the world, but our stay here was the best I ever had. the staff was very friendly and helpful, our rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable with beautiful touches. the food was delicious, whatever they could wish for early breakfast, inviting teatime goodies, delicious canapés before dinner in the living room with a magnificent fire and dinner was a surprise every evening with a fabulous Christmas course. there were satsumas and chocolates everywhere to help themselves, it was like family or friends, but more relaxed. We went last week for my best friend’s 50th birthday a party of 10 of us. The place is just gorgeous, quirky old farmhouse with huge character and fabulous decor. We were welcomed with delicious champagne and canapés followed but a truly wonderful meal in a fabulous dining room where we all sat around a huge long dining table. Service was discrete and impeccable and we found the owners most welcoming. Wonderful for a gathering or a romantic weekend away just loved it! Thank you
We arrived to a lovely welcome and roaring fire in the bar. Afternoon tea laid out and some guests relaxing. Our room overlooked the garden and valley, robes and slippers provided. We instantly switched off. Our hosts Dorian, Di and James met all of our needs, down to the detail of my diet. Dinner, served at a large dining table was tasty and Vogue magazine style! A wonderful 3 days so thank you very much to all!

Went to a friends daughters wedding and I can honestly say it was a fantastic venue and the team that runs it were the best. Would recommend anyone visiting Morzine to stay at the Farmhouse or book it for and event you won’t be disappointed. Five stars from me a

I only visited for minutes, but this is a nice cozy place with a friendly, helpful owner. there also seemed to be a really pleasant feeling between the guests. my impression is that I would like to stay here next time in morzine.
