we have immersed in this small, simple restaurant for coffee and a light lunch. the young staff was very friendly and helpful. the tables were well spaced, clean and easy. the service was very good; the drinks were generous, hot and full of taste. Our hot dogs...and thin chips were also generous portions and very tasty. the toilets were very clean and tidy, which is for me a good indicator for a well-run place.

We had a lovely family meal here and service and food was excellent, the only area I felt they needed to improve was cleanliness, the floor and toilets seemed to have been hammered when we arrived early evening.

I absolutely loved this place! It was very busy we had to come back to a table but we were not disappointed! The portions are really good with fab local produce on offer. I highly recommend the prawns!

fish and chips. edible, but many bones, a poor piece of fish (thin) and more cooked and dry. I'd rather not have spent £15. it was the first visit and I can't see we're going back.

Really enjoyed our meals here. Huge portions and very tasty. Friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely visit again.
