The Fifth Hants Volunteer Arms

This is a proper old fashioned pub serving a good selection of beers eg HSB, London Pride etc. It also boasts Aiden, the youngest landlord in Portsmouth; who is a very warm and friendly man-perfect for the job. It has an upright piano which a couple of the locals still play and when they're not playing there's really good music in the background.

immersed for a fast ESB...London pride was also on. recently renovated on a very noble high standard, good choice of dark colors makes it cozy. two bars. also in good melodie and edward the barmann always cheerful and polite. one of the best pubs in albert road.

large small pub on the albert road. place was rammed with people who enjoy a band that rocked the place! Definitivew a place to enjoy a drink and dance on live music evenings

A favourite pub for many years, but had fallen on 'difficult times ' in recent years but has now been revitalised by the young landlord his partner.
