The Filling Station

The atmosphere is secret and the employees are on earth, friendly people from the area that their customers know. The food is always freshly cooked with care. Portions and prices are generous and appropriate. The waitress took time to be nice to my daughter and took a photo of her for Facebook. This is a great destination or planned lunch-dinner stop for a day trip. Rt60 is a beautiful, picturesque ride and not far from the blue mountain railway.

Great place in quiet Asheville. They have a dozen taps of local and national craft beers as well as a number of refrigerators with cans and bottles. Tap beer is served in frosty glasses and goes cold. Service is exceptional and the food is well prepared. Sandwiches and burgers are their Forté. The onion rings are delicious with a lot in the basket.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is trendy/nice! Seating is limited during busy hours. The burgers, fries, homemade potato chips, fried pickles/jalepenos all fresh and delicious! Best beer selection around. Bike rack out front makes it easy to enjoy the bike lanes around town with the family and stop in here for a break! Kid friendly.

Needed to pump gas and take a quick bite, to my surprise there was a restaurant in this small gas station, ordered a few burgers and chicken pliers, food was great, took a bit, but worth the wait. Also have a wide selection of beers.

Cheesy Westerns Texas Toast, yellow relish, bacon, cheese and burgers was so good. But enough for two. We enjoyed the service and the casual atmosphere in a long-term gas station.
